Disclaimer

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • If you do not agree to all terms, you cannot commission.

  • I do not give permission for my art to be used for training AI or NFTs in any form. I Glaze all of my work. Do not upload them to such sites.

  • My art style cannot be changed at will so keep that in mind.

  • I am a college student so please be patient.

  • Commissions are first-come first-serve.

  • Reach out to me for any specific questions!

I WILL NOT draw:

  • Offensive content

  • Proship Content (Incest, Pedophilia, SA)

General

  • You must DM me, email me with a request for a commission, or request directly through VGen.

  • We can further discuss details through your preferred method of communication before payment is made.

  • You have the right to use the artwork for any personal use, such as icons or any other personal display. Please credit me when publishing the piece on social media(Like in a post. No need for explicit credit for pfps but it is greatly appreciated.) You can print and create a physical reproduction of the work exclusively for personal use.

  • You do not have the right to claim my artwork as your own.

  • You do not have the right to use the artwork commercially.

  • It will take me 1 - 2 days to respond to your request. Please be patient.

  • It will take me 3 weeks - 1 month to complete your commission. If it needs to take longer I will let you know.

  • I will not tolerate being rushed if there is no external reason.

  • I will send you WIPs for any changes that need to be made. After the revised sketch is approved, no more changes can be made since I will be coloring and rendering at that point.

  • Once the artwork is complete, I will send it to you via email in a .png format to preserve quality.

Payment

Payments are made through:

  • Zelle

  • Cashapp

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • VGen

  • I require FULL payment upfront in order to start the commission. This includes any fees!

  • Once I start the commission, there will be no refunds.

  • Only if I cancel the project myself will you be fully refunded.

  • If there are any issues regarding payment, contact me so we can discuss it.

  • Due to size, these are limited to ONE character only per request.

  • You may resize the image to your liking, but the base resolution is 800x800 to maintain quality in a solid background. Transparent backgrounds are limited to 100x100 ONLY
